The service and trials
Cabinet Flow is a hosted CRM and quoting tool for cabinet makers. New accounts may have a free trial (currently 14 days, no card). When a trial ends, features may be restricted until you choose a paid plan. We may change features with reasonable notice.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page, in advance, and are non-refundable except where the law requires or we state otherwise. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully, keep your credentials secure, and do not attempt to disrupt it, access other customers' data, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you enter and for having a lawful basis to hold it.
Your data and our rights
You own the business data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. We own the software and its branding. See the Privacy Notice and DPA.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at [email protected].
Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end the agreement on written notice. We may suspend an account for material breach or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before we delete it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms with notice. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
